Daily check in - A little Motivation

Hello FB family. Hope you're all having a wonderful week. We wanted to share a little motivation from this week's progress. Since finishing FB sweat we spoiled ourselves with some new fitness gear. Went all out and restocked on everything πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™πŸ½πŸ˜

We've been wearing our new gear each day and today was our third. Boy we were super excited to get into our fitness wear and workout hard! It's actually been what we've been looking forward to each day of the week. Today is probably the quickest we have done a HIIT routine without stopping. From our breathing, to our form and right down to our motivation we have had amazing progress from all our hard work. By the way this is the most leanest we've ever been yet we weigh more. Goes to show the scale isn't the only measure in your fitness journey.

We have also both noticed a lot of progress in our posture. The way we were contracted after the workout and our posture has been something we've been working on and so proud of our progress so far (still going). It helps to practice when you can because sometimes having poor posture can make your body appear not right and not reflect the changes your body has gained when its just down to the posture. Another thing is we have been aiming to get in 3 meals and 3 snacks each day. This has been our routine since starting with FB. Sometimes we manage to get in 3 meals and 2 snacks, more so recent weeks because of how hefty our snacks have been. We don't count calories though, we clean eat and listen to our bodies.
