How was everyone's day? Thanks for the nice comments and check-ins (and miles to km translations 👍😁)! I've really enjoyed my walks, so I've just been sticking to those this week while my schedule is temporarily all over the place!

This quote reminded me that the thoughts I dwell on and keep feeding my mind will certainly affect my attitude, character, and ultimately, LIFE 👀👌 It's good to keep those thoughts in check, ya know? 😎
