Popping noises during workouts?

Does this happen to anyone else? During some workouts/movements I feel/hear a popping noise in one of my limbs. It does not hurt, no pain at all! It’s more annoying than anything.

I feel/hear it the most during lateral raises, I don’t think I’m lifting too heavy of weight. I can complete the range of motion no problem.

Sometimes it happens in my left leg too during the toe tap crunches. So weird!

I am just curious if this happens to anyone else? I hope it isn’t damaging. I don’t imagine it is, because it isn’t painful.
