Fb low impact round 2 days 15& 16 alert-warning!!!

So, day 15 is leg day and day 16 is arm day....and although I havent got there yet, I would day 17 is "how will i move today to do anything!!??😱" day!!! Both of these are, if you push yourself to lift heavy and really focus on your form and your muscles, hard workouts! But man, did I feel warrior strong/wonder woman awesome! (Dont talk to me for the next two days, however; it could be ugly🤔😬)
