FB Fit Day 1/2 + already a NSV

Yesterday I posted about starting FB Fit 2. So after work I did the PFT (although I didn't do the mile run because I hate running and it was really cold outside where I live), so instead I added Kelli's latest 15 minute feel good cardio workout.

I am going to share the results once I've finished the program, but I do want to share one thing already: a NSV even before starting the program! As mentioned in the other post I have already been working out with FB for a while now but this is my first program, so I never did a PFT. However, I do remember that when I started working out with FB, I couldn't even do one full push-up and even on the knees very few.

Yesterday I did 7 full push-ups plus 17 on the knees! It might not be much for some people, but I am really proud of my progress.

Today will be the first real workout from the program, it looks like a tough one, but I am excited!
