After two days of rest from the first week of FB Bodyweight program and also because of the current summer heat, I was not really in the mood to start this week with this brutal HIIT workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-hiit-workout-with-warm-up-cardio.

But I tried to motivate myself, and thought I would atleast do the low impact version. And so I started with a quick cardio warmup, separate from the one included in this video, before actually starting it. Next thing I know, I was jumping and sweating and huffing and puffing, until I finally earned my workout complete. Don't know, but somehow I managed to finish it, plyometrics and all! Sometimes, all you need is a quick warmup to help you push yourself. And it helps to think that you can always stop/rest/modify to easier version anytime, just so you could stop dreading and start moving.🙂
