Back pain and cobra stretch

So, a couple of days ago I started feeling back pain in the lumbar zone. It doesn't hurt all the time and I mainly feel it if I jump (when doing HIIT). As it started while I was doing the Low Impact R2 program, I was wondering if it could be due to over-stretching while doing the cobra? Is that even a thing? I just want to know it so that I'm more careful next time.
