Noodle arms

Oh my hahaha my arms are jelly i tried to do a extra upper body video after but my arms was not having it 😂 too jelly to do anything else! I loved this workout was fun i will be putting this as my favourites as it made my arms burn like crazy! I tried to do 20 reps at the burnout round i managed to get up to 12-14 but that last one i could only do 8 i loved how challenging it was! I havent done much strength in a while because i wanted to mix it up and add more HIIT/cardio into my routine but now i think i am getting back into just doing strength training i really love it! I heard fit 2 has alot of strength involved so i will give that a go since i brought it the other day on discount 😀 i hope youre all keeping well and safe
