Not hunget in the morning

Hi guys!

I keep up with my workout routine, but struggling to maintain a healthy diet.

I'm not hungry at all in the morning, and have a light lunch.

Starting in the afternoon, I get VERY hungry and eat large amounts of food, without planning.

I tried to eat breakfast to ease the hunger in the afternoon, but it's very difficult for me. I feel nauseous and unable to eat anything.

Have any of you experienced something similar?

Do you have tips for a balanced menu without breakfast?
