So, I am a teenager and am into swimming as a competitive sport. Ever since I decided that I want to take care of my body and become fit, I've also added focus on building lean muscle mass in order to support both my health and swimming. Recently, I came across the idea of protein powder and whether I should incorporate it into my daily life. However, the main question arises: Is protein powder safe to use for teenage girls? As always, any advice is highly appreciated :)
