We hope this post and new workout video finds you well. Today we've got a quick but intense core burner for you. If you're feeling like you really want to step up the challenge, grab a dumbbell or household object. Just make sure that you're perfected the form of each move, first:

Intense 10 Minute Abdominal Strength Workout - Home Functional Core Strength

This quick 10 minute core workout focuses on all the major movers of the core; abs, internal obliques, external obliques, erector spinae, quadratus lumborum, not to mention all of the smaller stabilizing muscles.We also make sure that we move the trunk in as many ways as possible; flexion, extension, deviation (lateral flexion) and rotation. So as you can see we have built this routine to encompass as much core functionality as we can in such a short period of time.
