taking a much needed rest day

i had a cardio and ab workout planned for today with fb mass, but this was a rather tough week so far and i am so exhausted so i had to listen to my body and take today off. it was hard because i wanted to work out today but i feel i have been doing too much recently so i need to make sure i listen to the signals my body is telling me and take rest days when i need to. jumping right back in tomorrow with upper body strength💪🏼
