Getting back into it after a very stressful week off.

I typically workout 6 days a week. Have been doing so for years. This past week something very stressful took over my life and I was unable to exercise. I dropped 6 pounds as a result of the acute stress. The unhealthy way- couldn't eat for a couple of days. Now things are calming down and I'm feeling more in control. And I know that exercise is the key to combating high stress levels. My question to you is this - where should I start? I'm nervous I've lost muscle mass and some endurance. I'm also having trouble getting motivated because I'm afraid to find out just how much a week off might have effected my workout levels.
