Hello FB Family??? How’s quarantine so far??
So a couple of weeks ago, I got a pull up bar attached to the door frame of my room and have been slowly incorporating it into my regular workouts. Recently, I tried to do a pull up and found out that I can’t, so I have made it my sole purpose to learn how to do a pull up in this whole quarantine session. Why not? It’s the perfect time because I’m not busy at all! The only problem is that I don’t know how to go about doing (or trying to learn to do) a pull up. This is where I decided to come to the trusty FB Community page, where everyone helps each other reach their fitness goals and aspirations. Here is my goal: how do I get to doing pull ups? Are their any progressions? Should I add more upper body work into my week? Any advice will be highly appreciated as always!
