Meal Plan for the Selective Eater

My boyfriend and I are planning on starting the Meal Plan next week but there are certain foods I am NOT a fan of (due to texture, taste, smell). I want to make sure I'm getting all the daily nutrients and caloric intake during this process.

Does anyone know of any good substitutions for the following?:

Eggs - If I can taste them I do not like them

Avocado

Canned Tuna

Cauliflower
