Pilates for fat loss?

Hello FB Family!

I have a question regarding pilates.

The last two months I've been working hard and have been seeing results, but unfortunately I think that I have done something wrong because my left knee has started aching. I might have overworked it and therefore I, of course, want to take it easy on my knee. So my question is if I can still keep up my fat loss and strength building progress by doing pilates? Like 45 minutes pilates 5 times a week? Maybe coupling it with some core and low impact cardio?

Have you guys experienced results with pilates?
