I'm just posting my whole week's result of my self chosen challenge.

Ii said I'll workout 4 days a week 2 moderate and two low

And every day to do stretches

And the biggest challenge for me

NO Sugar....

Well I did 1one level 3 cardio one low impact one HIIT - (YUP) and one strength and a separated Tim for stretching every day before bed time

As for the sugar one day I had a mini piece of brownie

And another day literally a bit of a popsicle

But other than that I had fruits and cold sugarless coffee and positive self talk as replacement for sugar treats

Not bad at all I think

I'll probably stretch during the weekend and be back on on Sunday 😁
