Ladies I want your input here! Pretty Please ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So what in the world happens to me 15 days out of a month?! I start off a workout plan great and motivated and fully believing that this time is THE time. Nothing is going to shake me off. But then I start getting crazy hungry after ovulation and it makes me insane how much pecking I do all throughout the day. Not to mention then the lethargy and just hopelessness of getting a workout in. I know for a fact working out is the one thing that easily, effortlessly on my part controls my appetite but I can't seem to do it for half a month.!!! Thanks to Aunt FLo.

How do you ladies deal with hunger and cravings and lethargy during PMS. Any hacks/supplements/something? And please also tell me how far out from your period do you start feeling the PMS come on..
