Singing and muscle soreness

Hello everyone, how are you doing ? :)

This post is mostly aimed at my fellow singers on the website :

I plan on working a lot on my voice this month, but also wants to start a FB workout program.

How do you prevent upper body soreness to influence your voice ?

I know stretching can really help, but it is not always sufficient and the next day the soreness is still felt in the quality of my singing. Any tips ?
