BMR And calorie intake

I used the BMR formula and found my body needs 2,666 calories for basic functions. If I add in moderate exercise (I’m on my feet five hours a day right now for work and then do an hour workout) it jumps to 4,100 calories. If I want to lose 2 pounds a week I need to cut it to 3,100 calories. I still feel like that’s a lot? Is that correct?
