Any suggestions for back sprain and starting to train again?

Hi FB community!!

Unfortunately I think I overdid it, and as a result of one moment of distraction I injured my back (I was not doing FB videos, and it's totally my fault). Seems to be a muscle issue, I was blocked for a couple of days, but much better after 1 week.

I wanted to get suggestions on how long I should rest, when and how I should start to work out again? Any tips?
