Back from the fitness wilderness and what to do next?

Hi all

Hope you are all safe and well.

So the last 2 weeks I have been in the 'fitness wilderness'. My anxiety has been off the charts and I've also been pretty low. Week before last I managed 1 'proper' scheduled workout and 2 bite sized ones.

Last week was a wipe out, didn't workout or go out at all and added in a diet of comfort junk.

Unsurprisingly the outcome was not great! Anyway yesterday I managed some pilates and today a short cardio workout followed by a short UBS session. And yes I do feel better, not great but better.

I'm now wondering what to do next. I have several of the excellent FB programs but I also have excellent form in not finishing them! I am wondering of building my own program would be better for me?

Does this sound reasonable?

HIIT and LBS

UBS and light cardio

HIIT and core

Recovery cardio

UBS and kickboxing

HIIT and LBS

When my brain is on my side 6 days works well for me.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
