Have you ever injured yourself working with Fitness Blender?

First off, I wanna say that I by no means blame Kelli or Daniel about this injury. That was totally my own fault, and they have given so much good advice how to avoid injuries. Now that we got that out of the way, let's begin:

Have you suffered any injuries while working out with Fitness Blender?

I suffered a minor sprain to my wrist last week while doing a workout. My hand slipped on a walkout when I moved a bit too fast. A good reminder to always move controlled and your mind totally in the movement. After a few days the wrist is still having some small unpleasent feels, but it's luckily getting better. Office work has been pretty uncomfortable this week.

I just finished FB 4 week strong and miss working out with weights. Here's to hope I'm fully healed soon so I can continue! Now it's time for some easier stuff for next few days.

This is my only injury in 6 years of doing FB workouts. I am super grateful for everything to this great site and I'm going to keep on supporting in future!
