What's Working?

Man, it just seems like nothing is working. I have been doing FB workout programs for the last 5 weeks now and although I have noticed a change in my energy levels, strength, and endurance, I haven't actually lost any weight, and it seems like I have not lost any belly fat. I started my fitness journey at 210Ibs and weighed in this morning (after 5 weeks) at 211Ibs...

Im not giving up, I am continually trying to improve my diet and starting the FB body-weight 4 week program today. I was just curious on how you all keep motivated and avoid getting discouraged when you haven't noticed a difference in how you look? Im just having a hard time keeping positive and motivated with myself. Thanks in advance for any advice!
