Hiit

I’ve done fb workouts before but as I am laying on couch after knee arthroscopy I have discovered videos talking about kelli’s eating disorder and her neuralgia. My knees are bad from years of intense exercise and calorie restriction- yet always weigh more than I ideally want despite the exercise. Seeing her video was so reassuring because I know that I am injuring myself and not seeing results yet afraid to let up. I love strength training but are there guidelines for hiit for those that are mature ( almost 52) and prone to injury?
