FB Burn Round 2

Happy Sunday!

I have scheduled FB Burn Round 2 to start tomorrow. I completed two of the 5 day challenges last month and got the word last week we would be working from home through the month of May so I thought what a better time to schedule a 4 week workout program. I have an hour round trip to and from work everyday so I’ll be using the time saved driving to complete the workouts- no excuses!

Also- I’ve been working with a dietitian for about 6 weeks now and have lost 12 pounds!

I set the following goals for myself for the month of May:

- hit water goal everyday

- get 31 workout completes (some will be customer workouts-walking my dogs- and some will be yoga, so I’m not necessarily lifting and doing cardio every day)

-lose 8 pounds

I have some goals and a plan so time to crush this month!
