Starting again after a week and a half off after having no water :/


I've started working out again this morning after having some time off. It's a long story but the water went off in my university accommodation last Monday and it was only fixed yesterday! This meant I had to walk to campus to shower or wash and I couldn't cook proper meals either, or wash up! It was such a pain and I used it as an excuse to not to my workouts. I didn't eat terribly but definitely could have been better.

I'm so glad I can get back into a proper routine now. It's amazing though how much more sluggish I have felt from not working out in the mornings and having my normal routine.

Let's hope this doesn't happen again ;)
