Big set back

I broke my wrist in two places on Friday due to a skateboarding accident. I’m beyond bummed. I was 2 weeks in to finishing my second FB program, and was beginning to really love my results. I don’t know when I’ll be able to burpees or add weights again. Trying to take it easy has been challenging. Any advice on easy lower body workouts or words of encouragement would be much needed♥️
