For anyone pregnant: Amazing video explaining Abs pilates modifications!!

Hey everyone,

I'm due to do a favourite workout today with Kelli as part of Sweat and there are a lot of core exercises I'll need to modify, including swimmers. I'd done a lot of research already and have go-to modifications which are limited, but today I found this fantastic video explaining modifications for pilates abs exercises! I knew of one or two of them, but there are 5 key pilates moved that they modify for pregnancy. Just thought I'd share!
