Nutrition is So Important for Good Health and Feeling Fit

Nutrition and exercise are a powerful one-two punch; we should not discount the importance of either in our daily routines.

Trying to put numbers on the relative importance of one over the other, for example (like the popular 80/20 split argument), is not a good way to think about it.

The simple truth is that everybody is different, everyone’s bodies respond differently to exercise and nutrition.

You have to find what works best for you, but habits which incorporate both good nutrition and smart exercise are optimal, and lead to bodies that are healthier and more capable.
