Bulky Upper arms

Good morning Fitness Blenders

I hope everyone is well and having a lovely weekend.

I was wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing as me and has been able to remedy it without stopping Upper strength training completey.

So I've noticed my usually toned Upper arms have become slightly bulky (measured 1.5" bigger over a year) this doesn't sound like a lot but I hate it! I do Upper body workouts twice a year, same as Lower and this is paired with 2x HIIT training sessions a week before Lower body workout and kickboxing or Cardio with Upper.

I'm not sure whether to lift lighter with more reps or avoid bicep curls and overhead presses and carry on doing more tricep work. My arms look awful on my small frame :( I'm pretty slim and noticed they were looking alot bigger than usual. Any help or share of experience is greatly appreciated.
