Ramadan Workout Plan Help

Ramadan Mubarak everyone. As the first week ends, I realized my plans to make my own workout schedule have failed. I would love y’alls help in making a workout plan or suggestions for really anything regarding working out during Ramadan.

As of now, I plan to workout between 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Where I am, we cannot eat or drink water between 5 am to 8 pm but I usually stop at 2 am. I don’t want to do HIIT as no water would really hurt, hence why I don’t want to redo Sweat or FB30 this month. But I know regular cardio would be fine, as I went on a 2 mile bike ride already. I am also an 18 year old girl so I definitely still have a lot of energy at the end of the day.
