A little Motivation for progress

Hello FB family! Happy new month everyone. Here goes our first post after being inspired by all your posts we decided to share. By the way we are twins and share this account.

We wanted to share a little motivation and positivity. Work on becoming the best version of you however that looks like! This photo was taken this morning and we were feeling great, accomplished and strong. Our abs are showing too so thats a bonus 😁. We actually find that if we dont eat enough our abs dont show. Our bodies are working hard so we need to stay tuned in and eat enough. We now have a good grasp of knowing when we have or haven't eaten enough each day.

We have been working out with FB for over 3 years now. When we first started we didnt have much muscle, our weight was in the normal range but we were not lean. Our goal was to get lean and strong and now we are. We weigh more but the form we have is way better than before and we look so fit. We haven't done anything fancy just stuck it out with working out and clean eating and eating enough!! We just used to do the workout challenges and combine workout videos but currently doing FB sweat program and today is 3 weeks (yay)!! We are loving it.

One important thing that has helped us is trusting and embracing the process. Keep going nomatter what and listen to your body.

Whatever your goals are. Keep being consistent, never give up and you will get there.
