Bye bye scale

Hi everyone,

I thought this might be worth sharing:

About 3 weeks ago I told my boyfriend to put the scale somewhere where I could not find it, because my relationship to this stupid thing is just not good for me and my health.

And Voilá: I just was able to stick to my workouts, eat clean and truly listen to my body.

I try more to feel changes than to see them and right now this is working so well. And I am super proud. My boyfriend just told me that he noticed that I am full with energy and smiling more often.

And since I needed to hear it a 1000 times by my self until I made a change, I tought I could help others:

You don't need a scale to be and feel healthy.

You are stong and great and should not care about a thing that makes you feel bad. It's not helpful for your fitnessjourney when you have to feel bad all the time instead of cellebrating all the things you learn and achieve.
