Check-in April 2020/Sweat FB

Hello everyone, hope y'all staying safe and healthy, and you've given the best of yourself into these April's workouts (if you haven't, that's fine, too). 👌

This is my April calendar and have pushed myself extra this month. Due to my period, I only skipped one day of the Sweat FB, and did it on a Sunday instead. For today's workout I was supposed to do a Low Impact traing+extra Pilates stretch Day. My body is feeling very tired and sore from yesterday's workout, and I only did the pilates one, even that one hurt.

Tomorrow is my last day of Sweat and I'm going to add today's workout, and do them both tomorrow.

Listen to your body, don't push it if it can't. I know I'll be all over the place today anyways, and am not worried about not getting it done today. 🤗💪
