Hey FB family,

How is everyone doing? When I look back at April, I realise that this is the most consistent I've ever been with my fitness 🙂☺ First half of April, I was finishing up FB Strong. The second half, I'm *almost* half way through FB Blend (already thinking about my next program 😋)

Thanks to the super amazing and supportive FB community, it has indeed helped me stay dedicated, even when I couldn't. And as Kelli says, 'good job on showing up for yourself', surely hasn't been easy, but it feels amazing that I could. I feel grateful that I could keep up, and manage my mental health through this.

P.S. Rachel has been my workout buddy for Blend, and I find checking in with her often fun and helps me greatly 🙂
