Coronavirus

Hey guys i am not well and could have coronavirus due to feeling extreme fatigue and a cough and aching muscles..i feel horrible :( so i have to self isolate for a week...as much as i love exercise is there any good workouts i could do that are relaxing and could help me with my sore aching muscles from this virus? :( i am a key worker too i hate feeling like this..i hope youre all staying well and happy we are all in this together we can beat this
