Total body workout complete!

Wow that was a great workout this morning, it was my first ever attempt at a sandbag routine.....well kind of. I decided to use my regular weights instead because I wanted to be able to adjust my weight depending on what the exercise was and I am so proud of myself for being able to stick with a 5kg weight for 98% of the workout. Sandbag workouts defiantly challenge you more than just your regular strength training workout and now I am going to reward myself with some yummy eggs and toast because I really need it now.
