Calves sore

Hello. I am having my calves sore about 4 days especially in the morning. The last difficult workout was that https://youtu.be/r0h35ldoeVI . I dont know if i have to do another lower body workout again until my calves recover. Some friends of mine say that i have to do again some workouts in order my calves to get used to it. Everyday walking is good for them? What's your opinion?
