Good Mid-week to Everyone,

Can you believe there are only 2 days left in this month?

Thought for the Day:

"Throughout the day, I scan my body for any tension. Where there is tension, I breathe in, and I breathe out of that part of my body, letting go, relaxing, letting go."

I did not sleep well because of pain in my right knee and thigh. I may have to rethink my plans for working outside today. I definitely will be following the thought of the day.

Day 10 of the FB Challenge:

I have 2 options today. I think I will pick the easier one because of the knee even though I love kickboxing.
