I am back after 22 months break

Hi there FB family

I achieved my goal and had a healthy body back in 2018 and when i got pregnant i could not workout and gained 20 kg (40 pounds)

Post partum depression and couple problems i littterally ate my feelings.

I feel better-ish now..i managed to lose 10 kg but i still look like i am 5months pregant lol.

I want to start again and i got low impact program, is there any mommies who tried it ? Any advise ?

Ps: my baby is almost 14 months old, I am still breastfeeding and i am working a stressful job
