New Accountability Group Starting! 🌞Sizzlin' Summer Fitness🏖

Hey everyone! I’d like to start a new round of accountability! This time, it will be called “Sizzlin’ Summer Fitness” or “S.S.F.” This will be another 8 week accountability group with 1 official weekly check-in on Saturday or Sunday, ghost writers encouraged/rotated. Of course feel free to check in through the week with "S.S.F." in your subject if you want! We will share screen shots of our calendars (if you want to) and at the half way point, and the very end of our 8 weeks, we will celebrate with an optional celebratory extra credit FB workout! 

Personally, I will be focusing on body recompostion, and my first half of the 8 weeks I will be tackling FB Booty 2 paired with FB Flex! I’d love to have any of you join me on this program combo, but program or no program, this group is for you! The 8 weeks will begin the week of May 3rd-9th (next week!) Everyone is welcome, so if you'd like to join the group, make sure to check in on the first post this Sunday, May 3rd!
