Extensor Tendonitis-Help?

As a result of working remotely due to Covid-19, I have embraced numerous walks every day as well as participating in and completing FB Programs. I’m currently in FB Fit- first week- but hit an obstacle with this tendonitis. Result of too much “flip-flop” walking. Wish I was kidding, but I’m not.

Picture below is of my second “ice”/elevation of the day. Has ANYONE out there ever experienced this injury- “Extensor Tendonitis?” Man, it’s rather painful and I’m not a whiner.

Soooo frustrated because I’m lifting heavier than ever; cardio incredible and to get sidelined by this dinky thing, makes me mad. OPEN to suggestions, please!
