3 ingredient dough!

She uses AP flour in the recipe, but has instructions for whole wheat and gluten free flours too.

You can shape the dough into any kind of bread, not just bagels :) They are delicious, different in texture from regular bagels, and VERY filling compared to traditional bread products thanks to the greek yogurt! I'm sure you can use a greek yogurt with higher fat content too and they will be even softer :) I love this recipe because of its ease and satiety it helps me feel!
