Cardio Kickboxing and Abs Workout - Kickboxing for Stress and Cardio Benefits

This workout is much like some of our other cardio kickboxing routines, but to keep things interesting we have changed it up just a bit.

We’ve swapped repetitions of each kickboxing combination with a timed interval so you don’t have to keep track of where you are. Just go until the timer tells you to stop!

On top of that change, we have also incorporated rounds of abdominal work as well, for an interesting mix.
