Upper body workout complete

Today I had woken up still very sore on my lower body so I decided that doing a upper body workout instead of a total body sandbag workout would be a smarter option just for now. I absolutely loved the workout I did today as it challenged me a lot in terms of strength and balance so at least I got some activity in today. I may decide to do some yoga once I finish all of my work for the day in order to help my lower body feel less sore.
