When I first started my journey.... working out consistently was very difficult. Ive finally got that part down and I did notice changes in my body.
However, I now need tips on fueling my body. I have noticed I am not losing weight due to how I eat. I believe I am eating too many calories. But I do not want to track my calorie intake on any app because I know it would be bad for my mental health and I would become obsessed.
I notice that I eat even when im not hungry. How do I control my eating habits or what can I eat that wont affect my calorie intake?
Any tips or ideas that you may have I really appreciate.
