I have to admit, I am very stiff and not excited. But I am trying to bring myself to exercise.

It was a Pilates date with Kelli today. This was her mentoring us after a looonnngg hiatus (am I right?) and I could sense that she missed us.

Did not do the strength training EC because I don't want to get too sore and give up again.
