Good way to de-stress

Today I had a lot of work to be done and oh my gosh I am tired. Due to the added stress for this week I had cut my workouts into 3 total body session but I woke up sore in my lower body so I moved my workout until tomorrow instead. With the amount of work that I had it meant that I was sat down for a very long time and so I thought it would be a great idea to do some nice stretching. I decided that day 3 of the 3 day flexibility challenge was a good workout to do and I never though that hearing my back and legs making some cracks and pops would be sooooo good. All I can say is that I feel very relaxed now and stress free so I can enjoy the rest of the evening.
