Broke my toe

Hey everyone!

I just started the FBsweat program.

Day 1 yesterday, I love that this month I don't have to think what work out to do next!

Well, to bad, I broke my toe this morning! To keep still till this is over is not for me.

But I could use some help with what kind of work outs I CAN do.

It will be mostly streinght.

A lot hurts to do!

Jumping, lunges, side lunges, balancing on that foot, so probably no leg work outs for now.

Any one have some good work outs that still break some sweat and work the muscles enough without hurting my toe?

(It's the 4th toe of my right foot counting from the big toe. How do you call itπŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆ)
